iPhone Duo, open: your lists, Today and the open to-do side by side

iPhone Duo

Fold it mid-sentence. Keep your place.

Closed, Eonote opens on Today with a plus button within reach of your thumb. Open it and your list and the to-do you're writing sit side by side. Turn it sideways and all your lists join them. Fold or unfold in the middle of a word and the cursor is still where you left it.

Quick entry

Type how you think.

Type in shorthand. Eonote does the filing.

One line files the whole thing. A day and a time at the end schedule it, # tags it, @ files it in a project, ! sets a deadline, every repeats it, and for 3 blocks books the focus time.

The box here runs Eonote's own grammar, the same as the app's. Type anything.

iPhone: quick entry, the line already filed

Planner

Your week, as a two-page spread.

Eonote is a to-do list that thinks like a paper planner. Look a month ahead, open the week across two facing pages, then walk today hour by hour with your to-dos beside your calendar.

  • Month for the long view, with a dot on every day that has something on it.
  • Week as a real spread: Monday to Wednesday on the left page, Thursday to Sunday on the right.
  • Day as a timeline, with your time blocks next to your calendar events.
iPhone Duo, unfolded: the two-page week spread

Time blocks and focus

Five focus blocks, one afternoon.

Give a to-do five blocks of focus and it fills 3:00 to 5:30 PM, right beside your calendar events, with a warning if they collide. Start a session and a Pomodoro timer walks the blocks with you, breaks included.

  • A block is 25 minutes of focus and a 5-minute break, or whatever lengths you set.
  • Up to 16 blocks on one to-do. The last block skips its break.
  • The session follows you to the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island: block 2 of 5, break, complete or skip.

Widgets, Lock Screen and StandBy

Check it off without opening the app.

Home Screen widgets you can tick, Lock Screen widgets that show what's next, and a StandBy view for the nightstand. A Control Center button and the Action button start a new to-do from anywhere.

  • Small, medium and large, for any list or project.
  • Up Next on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
  • Siri and Shortcuts: add a to-do, show a list, complete one.

Questions

Is there a subscription?

No. Every feature is free for 14 days. Then one purchase of $29.99 unlocks Eonote on iPhone and Mac, for good, shared with your family through Family Sharing.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. Without the purchase you can still read, complete and export everything you wrote.

Where are my to-dos stored?

On your devices, and if you turn on sync, in the place you pick: your iCloud, your Google Drive, a WebDAV folder or your own server. Eonote has no servers of its own and no accounts. The privacy policy has the details.

Do I need an iPhone Duo?

No. Eonote was built for the Duo first and works on every iPhone running iOS 27, with its own layouts for each size.

Is there a Mac app?

Yes. The same purchase unlocks Eonote for Mac, and it syncs through the same place you pick on your iPhone.

Can I bring my to-dos from another app?

Eonote imports any plain text list, one to-do per line, and its own backups. Export from your current app as text, then import it in Settings › Your Data.
