Nothing to collect.
Short version: Eonote doesn't collect anything about you, and your to-dos never reach servers of ours. There are none.
Last updated October 24, 2026. Eonote is made by Ian Miles, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. What Eonote stores, and where
Your to-dos, notes, checklists and settings are stored on your device. If you turn on sync, they are copied only to the place you choose:
- iCloud: your private iCloud database, under your Apple Account. Apple holds it; the contents of each to-do are end-to-end encrypted with keys in your iCloud Keychain. Eonote's maker can't read it.
- Google Drive: a hidden folder in your Drive that only Eonote can see. Eonote asks Google only for access to that folder (the
drive.appdatapermission), never to the rest of your Drive. - WebDAV or your own server: the server whose address you type in. It's yours, or your provider's.
Turning sync off, or choosing "This iPhone Only", keeps everything on the device.
What Eonote does not do
No accounts. No analytics. No ads.
There is nothing to sign up for, no tracking, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. No data is sold or shared: Eonote's maker never receives your to-dos or information about how you use the app.
Permissions
- Notifications, if you allow them, for reminders you set. They are scheduled on your device.
- Calendars, only if you turn on calendar events, to show your events in Today and Upcoming. Read-only, and they never leave the device.
Purchases
The unlock is sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment; Eonote only learns whether the unlock is owned.
Removing your data
Delete Eonote to remove everything on the device. In Settings › Sync you can remove Eonote's data from iCloud, or disconnect Google Drive (which revokes Eonote's access). Files on your own server or WebDAV folder are yours to delete.
Children
Eonote doesn't knowingly collect anything from anyone, children included.
This website
eonote.app sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else: its fonts, scripts and images all come from this site. The colors you pick here are remembered in your own browser only. If you write to us or leave your email for launch news, it's used only to answer you or to tell you when Eonote is out.
